Fenugreek Seeds Hair Mask To Stop Hair Fall

  Today i am going to share an amazing anti hair fall treatment, use this just twice in a week and you can see amazing reduction in your hair fall

For this remedy you will need

• Fenugreek seeds
• Coconut oil

Preparation and Application:

1. Take half cup of fenugreek seeds, if you have long hair you can take more of these
2. Soak these seeds in 1 glass of water for 2 houres’
3. Now after 2 hours filter these seeds and grind them
4. In a bowl take this paste, if it is too thick, you can add 1-2 spoons of water
5. In this add 2 spoons of coconut oil and mix it again
6. Your hair ask is ready now
7. Apply this mask all over your scalp and hair, massage for 10 minutes . Make sure that your hair is clean and hair free
8. Leave it for 1-2 hours
9. Shampoo your hair and apply conditioner
